I suddenly felt like I want to eventually try to make "melon pan" (or what they called "po lor bao" for HK peeps?)
and when I did a search I found a nice blog by a Singaporean home maker
She has nice pictures of her baking and recipes
I hope I'll have some time to try baking a home made "melon pan"
esp when the weather is getting coooold!
Earlier this month I tried to make "curry bun" (nothing fancy, just my regular favourite bread recipe with filling made from curried potato/onion/bits of chicken)
