  • baking! black bottom cupcakes

    it's a little bit hot to bake but heck I couldn't resist trying to finish the tub of cream cheese in the fridge to try this recipe by [info]clearbright (hope she doesn't mind me linking it here :P ) which I found from [info]bittenbefore's link on the bentolunch community (LOL)

    Mine looks a bit different from hers I think, I was a bit paranoid and had beat the cream cheese mixture for quite a bit :P
    I had reduced the sugar from 1 cup to half cup :) and half of this batch has no chocolate chips XP
