King crabs are in season here I think? I’m not a big fan of shell
fish/seafood really, but today I made sushi rolls with the king crab
mom cooked few days back (I think )I made goma ae (corrected by a japanese friend XD) well without the sake tho
and on with the action!the first attempt, I put too much rice
but I think I got it tight enough :3
REAL crab meat O_O!
Too bad during dinner I started having belly ache — probably
cos we started dinner too late but it was better tasting than
expected… tho I think I am feeling itchy now (oops) hopefully won’t
have too big an allergic reaction
