I made egg salad sandwiches for lunch :3 yummm too bad we don’t have
lettuce to go with it so I cut up some oranges (at the back :3)

Mash potatoe hash browns

I made mash potatoes couple days back, and had refridgerated some cos I couldn’t finish all O_o

Mash potato instructions:
- peel potatoes, put in a pan of cold water just covering potato(es), turn on heat and boil potato(es) until soft.
-
when potatoes are soft enough (use a stick or fork to poke after like
20-40 minutes, depending on how many potatoes you used more- longer
boiling time)
- drain the water
- mash potatoes with a fork or
those potato masher thing I added canned corn (I think you can add
defrosted mixed diced veggie if U want) and chicken broth until it
reaches the mashed potato consistency
I don’t add butter cos I don’t want

Hash mash potato instructions:
- I had the potato refridgerated, and needed to add a bit more corn (like a spoonful) to make it stick together
- prep a small plate of all purpose flour
-
make a few small flat lumps of the mash potatos and coat em with the
flour, set a side (you can refrigerate it for about 15 minutes if you
want)
- heat up pan and some oil (enough to cover surface of pan)
-
fry both sides of the lumps/nuggets until golden brown, place on some
paper towels to soak up the excess oil, and serve warm
