Dinner last nite (food pix ahead!)

Hashpotatoes with bits of half a sausage
Pan-stir-fried
(diced potato first since sausage is actually already cooked)
Stir fried half of a chinese cabbage, with half a big carrot.
It was too much for just 2 person to finish tho O_o a little garlic,
chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste. Must remember to add broth
sooner before covering to prevent burning

Yummm chicken breast marinated (with anything actually soya sauce, BBQ
sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, a little sesame oil even) for about half an
hour (while I prep rice, veggie etc). Before pan frying in bit of hot oil, prepare a plate of all purpose
flour, lightly coat the pieces of marinated chicken with the flour, and
place it in the pan.Watch one side turn golden brown in medium to low fire, turn it and
cover for a short while if your chicken chunks are thick
when both
sides are golden brown, take them out and put on paper towels to soak
up the grease
sooo sinfully yummy!
