  • Receipe of the pizza dough goes below :) (edited a bit cos I forgot some stuff)

    Note: This make one regular crust or if U split it it makes 2 thin crusts (hard work tho)
    (before cooking :P yes I am cruel :x )

    Prepare this an hour in advance cos you need to let the dough rise :)
    usually I prepare the dough first, then prepare the other ingredients
    for toppings -- slice mushrooms up etc.

    * 2 cups flour

    * one egg yolk

    * half teaspoon of yeast

    * 1 teaspoon sugar

    * pinch of salt

    * milk

    - You can use your hands (please rememeber to wash haha) or kitchen aid to mix the dough up :)
    - Pour a small amount of milk (preferably warm or room temperature) into a cup, put yeast and sugar in it and stir it up.
    - Put the flour into the bowl, then egg yolk start mixing with your
    hand or start the mixer on stir, slowly pour in the mixture of the
    yeast into the flour and egg yolk while it's being mixed.
    - Pour small amount of milk into the mixture as you (or the machine)
    work on the dough until it starts to lump up, and knead the dough
    mixture (as you add in the milk) until it all sticks into a ball of
    dough. When it's in the machine, it will probably stick to the mixer
    and you probably want to use your hands from then on.
    - If the mixture gets too sticky it probably means too much milk -- add
    a bit more flour and knead. If it doesn't stick add milk little by
    little and knead it until it forms the dough (uuh if U know what I mean :P )
    When it form kinda a rough non sticky ball of dough, put it in a bowl
    and cover it with either a damp cloth or saran wrap.

    -Let it sit and rise for about an hour ^^

    After one hour...

    - Take it out knead it a bit if it got a bit sticky,
    put some floor on the kneading table or board :)

    - Roll out to desired thinness and shape, add your sauce and toppings and into the oven :D

    I realised I forgot to type the baking time also (doh), at about 180
    degrees celcious OR 350 degrees Fahrenheit, until the crust is golden
    brown - usually takes about 15-20minutes :)

    Hope this is not too complicated! :x

    And
